Jonny & Jess moved to Wadebridge in 2021 after meeting in one of their favourite wine bars in Padstow. They have a deep rooted passion for all things food and drink and have long since dreamt of creating a wine, tapas and pintxos bar for local people to enjoy something new and different. Plonk'd is based on Foundry Street, Wadebridge, Cornwall.

Porthilly Spirit Distillery crafts super smooth, high-quality spirits inspired by the Cornish coastline. Their award-winning Cornish Coastal Gin earned two stars at the Great Taste Awards and a gold medal at the SIP Awards in San Francisco. They collaborate with like-minded people, hosting events with top chefs, and popping up at festivals.
